മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി നേരിട്ടെത്തി വിശദാംശങ്ങൾ നൽകാതെ ബില്ലുകളിൽ ഒപ്പിടില്ലെന്ന നിലപാട് ആവർത്തിച്ച് ഗവർണർ ആരിഫ് മുഹമ്മദ് ഖാൻ.
